Complete Crane Assembly / Disassembly Operation
At the end of 2019, Transdata carried out the complete Crane Disassembly and Assembly Operation (approximately 200 tons each) inside the Steel Plant. The scope of work included road transport, disassembly of the existing overhead crane at the plant and finally complete assembly of the new overhead crane.
This operation included:
- 01 CC2800 Crawler Crane
- 01 crane with capacity for 600 ton, configured for 42 meters of boom + 24 meters of Luffing Jib with ballast of 250 ton.
- 01 GMK 5220 telescopic crane with 220 ton capacity
- 01 MD300 telescopic crane with 30 ton capacity
- 02 LT Horses + 02 Board 04 axles
- 01 Set of self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) configured in 06LE + 06LE (SMPT)
